Clinical Staff

Our team consists of highly skilled clinicians who provide assessment, individual and group counseling, case management, and discharge planning in an environment that is focused on empathy and integrity. We tailor care to meet the needs of each client, taking into account biological, social, and psychological factors. Our approach is holistic. Rather than focusing solely on an individual’s use of drugs or alcohol, we treat the whole person.

ROOTS COUNSELING SERVICES OFFERS A CONTINUUM OF CARE THAT ALLOWS INDIVIDUALS TO MOVE FROM MORE INTENSIVE TO LESS INTENSIVE TREATMENT OR VICE VERSA. OUR PERSONALIZED AND CLIENT-DIRECTED TREATMENT PLANS ENCOURAGE EACH CLIENT TO REALIZE THEIR POTENTIAL BY CULTIVATING A GRATEFUL, THOUGHTFUL ATTITUDE TOWARDS LIFE AND THEIR FELLOWS.

Jeremy jaeger                       DirectoR

Jeremy Jaeger has been part of the recovery community since 2010. Recognizing a need for structured sober living designed around the specific needs of young people in early recovery in the Milwaukee area, Jeremy and his partner Ruby Silvestrini opened their first sober living house in 2012. Roots Counseling Services came about in order to meet a further need of young people in early recovery: abstinence-based counseling and therapeutic support.

"Working with clients over the course of a year, I am able to see dramatic changes. It's very rewarding to see people gain strength and begin to repair the mistakes of their past. To see a fellowship grow up around us is a bright spot in my life."

I have been blessed to know the fruits of that effort in my own life, and am grateful to be a part of helping people find the path from being lost in their own suffering to being of service to others.”
